For the past 17 years I have been intensively involved in the development of neuroimaging
methods and their applications in healthy subjects as well as in psychiatric patients, in
particular with Major Depressive Disorder and suicidal behaviour. My research group has
notably revealed funcional, including tas-based and resting-state fMRI analyses, as well as
structural, including DTI and T1 imaging, alterations in psychiatric patients. We applied a
number of computational models to investigate normal and abnormal neuronal activity and as
well as interaction between brain regions.
